Baton Rouge, Louisiana native Dutty Devioso is carrying on tradition for the region that birthed southern rap royalty like Lil Wayne, Juvenile, and Boosie BadAzz. A true mirror of his life experiences—as well as experiences encountered by others; Dutty’s direct style is as heartfelt as it gets and is beaming with raw energy. With 23 years in the game (signing with Groove Control Entertainment in the late ‘90s), Dutty has transcended simply being an “artist,” by being a mentor to kids and currently prepping the launch of D-TV—which will stream live shows, freestyles, hot topics, and more. This combination positions Dutty as a higher level mogul and community leader. However, music remains his bread and butter.
