The Method One

Hello we are, The Method One, a 5-piece guitar indie rock/pop band from Greenock, situated just on the outskirts of Glasgow.

Our members are; Dave Mac - vocals Robert - guitars & vocals Gary - guitars & vocals Dodge - bass guitar John - drums & vocals

We love the sounds of all thing’s musical, from 60s jangle to heavy rock. From mod and soul to indie pop. We Believe our music encapsulates all of those influences.

Indie Rock & Roll with a nice slice of psychedelia!!!

We are currently receiving radio play at the moment from the likes of Andy Lewis (Acid Jazz Records producer and Paul Weller's bassist) at Soho Radio in London and London's Glory Boys Radio. Also, from London’s energy radio station as well as featuring on numerous online twitter accounts with over a million subscribers to date. We are also being played on local and national stations in Scotland too and are about to go back into the studio to record our new material.

We have been described by Creation Records boss Alan McGee as The Stones jamming with The Stooges and Spiritualized, when we have played Alan’s various club nights. We have also played King Tuts in Glasgow, Wales, Liverpool, Leeds and London. Headlined Milton Keynes Festival and have also had the pleasure of being asked to support USA legends (LOVE) in Spain on their farewell tour in July 2019, (obviously we said yes)
