JAZZLYN SOUL Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota Jazzlyn Soul is not only a singer-songwriter. She’s an actress screenwriter and entrepreneur. Jazzlyn has many influences when it comes to her music from Lauryn Hill, Jill Scott Mary J Blige and so many others. At the age of six Jazzlyn believed she can sing but was so shy no one knew she was even interested in singing. In fact, she was so shy that she would hide on the side of her childhood home and practice singing where no one can hear her.

Over the years she slowly got out of her shell by singing with neighborhood girls then went on to sing in talent shows, weddings and now performing from state to state. Although music is Jazzlyn's first love she had recently discovered she has many more talents to show the world. She an up-and-coming actress playing in films like The Saving, Heart Wound, This Or That, and a few others. She also has a production company called Eavbodi Productions. There she’s writing amazing films & plays one of witch her play called My Momma Told Me that has a spin-off movie as well. Jazzlyn is so excited about her TV series called Battles For Love starring celebrity actor Charles D Clark from the hit show Empire.

In addition, she has a few more film Project she’s working on. But don’t get it twisted she is still deeply involved with her music doing shows in and out of town also performing live with her band The Untouchables. The Untouchables, in her own words, “is a special band.” They perform to raise money and awareness for the homeless. They also walk the streets to give out care packages and food to those in need and who are living on the streets.”

You got to take care of your people” she says. Jazzlyn has an amazing future ahead of her. Her play My Momma Told Me will soon hit the stage as well as production for her films. Look out for new music as well as videos. She says “everything I’m doing is my life’s purpose so I’m going to do it and do it well.” Her name is picking up a lot of buzz, but she is determined to be a household name in no time.
